Preparation of feasibility report in coordination with Owners and Consultants.
Finalization and approval of concept design.
Appointments of Consultants: Architects, Structural Designer, MEP Consultants, Kitchen facility designers, Interior Designers, Lighting Designers, Landscape Designers & Audio visual Consultants .
Preparation of coordinated drawings in consultation with all Consultants and Operators.
Preparation & finalization of tenders for all disciplines: Civil & Structural, Plumbing & Firefighting, Electrical, HVAC, IT, Kitchen facilities, landscape, Interior Designing.
Tenders floating, negotiation and award of works.
Project Management which includes periodical supervision to ensure quality control as per specification and monitoring progress with respect to time and money.
Procurement of local and imported material.
Completion of project and handing over to Operations team.
