5. Effective coordination with Architect firms for Projects
6. SPA for the compliances for IOA, CC, OC,LOI, Annexure II etc. and coordination within the Company, sites & the Architects
7. Ensure compliances in construction on site as per Govt. regulations.
8. Maintain cordial relations and liaison with various Govt. /semi Govt. authorities, Architects, Consultants and other regulatory authorities
9. Establish an independent liaison department, provide effective leadership, align it with the Group Structure and mentor a team with specified expertise.
10. Responsible for end to end formalities till, obtaining all relevant NOCs/ documents from Municipal authorities for OC, Water Connection, Drainage Connection, etc.
M.C.G.M.
1. Co-ordination with Liaison Architect for obtaining approvals like I.O.D, C.C, O.C etc. from Building Proposal
2. S.W.D Road and street light remarks and completion certificate.
3. Tree N.O.C, Tree Cutting and final Tree NOC from Tree Authority.
4. Civil Aviation N.O.C from the Airport Authority.
5. Demarcation of various reservations.
6. Handling over of road setback/ reservation to the respective Ward Office.
7. Levying of Assessment Tax on Land/at the time of House Tax.
8. Nallah remarks/ Nallah covering permission.
Urban land and Ceiling Department
1. Permission under section 20
2. Filing of 6(1) certificate and taking 8(4) order.
3. Handling over of flats under section 20.
4. Revalidation of section 20 order.
Collector Office
1. N.A permission.
2. Sub-division Approval.
3. Area correction
City Survey Office-
1. Demarcation of plot boundary/reservation.
2. Transfer of Ownership.
3. Sub-division/ separate P.R.C
4. Joint measurement with D.P department.
5. Ownership documents like P.R.C, K.J.P Extract and True Extract.
