There are many Societies, Institutions and Big Commercial or residential complexes, which frequently requires the services for civil and plumbing maintenance and for Liasoning with statutory Authorities for various sanctions and approvals.

It is practically very difficult to find an appropriate agency for the work when required.
We accept the Retainer ship of such premises on Annual Maintenance Contract for fixed amount.

There are certain construction projects which require Project management services for a longer duration due to spread of activities at site. We deliver our services for the particular projects.

Later we deliver our services as and when called upon.
